Challenging Expectations
1/2 day workshop, min 8 people, £149 + VAT ppLegislation means employers cannot be complacent about the perceptions they have about job applicants. It’s no longer okay to view someone as too old or too young or that they may have too much time off sick. This session provides space for employers to thrash out these issues and see how straightforward it is to not only overcome these worries, but find future stars from the most unlikely of places. This is not a legal briefing but practical guidance for non-HR managers.
For employees
Pret A Porter Inductions
2-day workshop, min 6 people, £599 + VAT ppSmaller businesses don’t always have a formal induction process but employers need to know new recruits are clear about expectations. This is not job-specific training, or appropriate for experienced staff, but is designed to cover the basics such as timekeeping, attitude, performance, personal development, and basic health & safety. Off the peg inductions take new recruits through the expectations of employers and helps them see what’s in it for them.
Motivation, Engagement and Effectiveness
Full day workshop, min 8 people, £299 +VAT ppStaff are the link between your customers and your business goals. Some fail to engage with one or both of these, some lose motivation or forget why they wanted the job in the first place. This session helps staff understand how to build stronger connections with customers by reviewing their own motivations, working through their personal goals and how their work helps achieve them. Staff return to work motivated and more effective.
